Contract Assignment
W2 assignments are for a set period or project, typically with clear start and end dates. While not permanent, they offer valuable experience, skill development, and the potential for extensions or permanent opportunities down the line.
Contract-to-Direct
Contract employees start off on a project basis, allowing both the individual and the company to assess the timing and fit. If things go well, there’s potential to transition into a permanent role. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience with a company, with the possibility of long-term growth if both sides are a good match.
Direct Placement
The client hires the candidate directly as an employee. We’re with you every step of the way—helping with candidate screening, selection, and ensuring a smooth transition into the new role.
Payroll Services
When a candidate is already identified, we make it easy to get started. Our payroll service allows talent to be brought on as contractors under our employment—providing access to benefits and support while offering companies the flexibility and ease of contract hiring.
Statement of Work (SOW)
A SOW engagement outlines the scope, timelines, and responsibilities for a specific project or need. It’s an effective solution for companies facing headcount restrictions, allowing work to move forward without adding to full-time staff.
