Vice President of Administration
Kristen Latimer has spent her entire professional career in the staffing industry. She began her journey as an Administrative Assistant and quickly proved her ability to learn and manage various systems, processes and a team of people. Fortunately for her, the company she started with was Reliance One, Inc., an emerging leader in the staffing industry. Over the last 10 years, she has been integral to the growth of the company from 35 employees to over 1,300 today. As the company continues to grow, Kristen has continued to develop and grow as a leader.
In her position as Vice President of Administration, you will find Latimer leading a team responsible for Risk Management, Unemployment, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Customer Service. She is heavily involved with cost reductions, payroll accounting, credit line management, 401K administration, wellness, compliance and most importantly benefits management. Kristen is known amongst her peers for her ability to adapt to new challenges and aggressive disposition to make things happen.
Latimer is a Certified Staffing Professional credentialed from the American Staffing Association. She prides herself on being informed through continuing education/training and is a member of the Walsh HR Affinity Group. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Tony, her son Jacob, and her daughter Emma. Her passion to live life to the fullest is attained by staying active, vacationing and creating memories with her family.
