Reliance One - Hiring Screening Process

Reliance One will never submit your resume to a client without first contacting you and discussing the opportunity. Once we have your approval, we will then submit your information to the client. You will be required to do an initial phone screen and an in-person interview with one of our recruiters prior to your resume being sent to our client. We will also verify two professional references. This prescreening process allows us to submit our top candidates for each position.

Reliance One - Opportunities

Temporary - Temporary or contract assignments are for a fixed amount of time. You will typically know the start and end date. These will sometimes change in the middle of an assignment, but be aware that the duration can change depending on our client’s needs.

Temporary-to-permanent (temp-to-perm): Many positions have the potential to be temp-to-perm or temp-to-hire whether they are advertised as such or not. This is a trial position to gauge your ability to work for the company on a regular full-time basis.

Permanent (direct hire): For permanent positions, Reliance One acts as a recruiting firm to screen and hire candidates for regular positions, and then employees are hired directly by our client.
